Objective of the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our client's Brand and Communication team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and enhancing our brand identity, while contributing to the development and execution of effective brand communication strategies and campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies that align with our business goals. Contribute to developing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines. Execute brand campaigns and assess their effectiveness. Assist with creative writing for various brand campaigns.
  • Brand Communications Management: Develop and execute communication strategies that ensure consistency with our brand guidelines. Draft press releases for brand campaign launches and corporate news. Oversee media page updates on our corporate website.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes. Use data-driven insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance. Analyze market trends that may impact marketing activities and evaluate alternative research channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including KOL marketing, social media, and design teams, to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Assist with internal communications when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications and brand marketing within the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, creative, and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills.
  • Solid knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, and experience using data to inform brand strategy.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Marketing Executive role.
  • Must possess a valid working visa.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
