Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Craft and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overarching marketing goals, with a focus on strengthening brand awareness in key English-speaking markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada).
  • Identify and evaluate a diverse portfolio of influential social media personalities across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Campaign Execution and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns and diverse projects.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget and monitor the performance of campaigns against established KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
  • Provide regular performance reports on influencer partnerships and campaign results, analyzing data to recommend areas for improvement and growth.
  • Review and assess the team's overall performance, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Oversee a team of 4 professionals, fostering a collaborative, goal-oriented work environment.
  • Mentor and guide the team members to help them achieve the department's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in social media platforms and knowledgeable about influencer marketing strategies
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills

Desired Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns
  • Ability to analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform content planning and optimization
  • Strong copywriting and visual design skills to create engaging and on-brand content
