Director, Equity Derivatives Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and pension funds.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the equity derivatives market.
Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and product solutions tailored to their investment strategies.
Collaborate with trading, research, and structuring teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and developments to stay informed about industry changes and potential impacts on clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience in equity derivatives sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of equity derivatives products, including options, futures, and structured products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
