Responsibility

• Assist to manage different online and social media platforms(e.g. Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Douyin, Wechat..etc) for execute Digital Marketing Campaign for Online Business
• Maintain and update the daily operation including orders, products uploading & sorting, promotion setting and content maintenance in the related channels and platforms
• Work closely with different functional team to drive website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement and increase the leads number through existing digital marketing channels and online platforms
• Carry out regular updates for all channels
• Create video content for social media and post it in cross platforms.
• Cooperate with internal and external parties for developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities

Requirement

• Degree or above in eCommerce/ Marketing / Communications or related discipline
• At least 1 years or above of relevant experience in operation of e-commerce marketplaces or digital marketing (Fresh Graduates and IANG will also welcome)
• Familiar with the operational flow of eCommerce and Social Media platform
• Strong ownership, flexible team player, growth mindset, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Able to adapt fast-changing ecommerce & start-up work attitude
• Independently and effectively work under daily time constraints Understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Copywriting and data analysis skills.
• Familiar with design tools are an advantage (eg. Adobe creative suite or Filmora).
• More related working experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Officer
