To assist in daily operations of managing a Public Rental House Estate
Provide customer services to tenant such as answering inquiries; handle complaint cases and investigation; monitor maintenance work schedules, etc.
Perform routine property management duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors
Handle all tenancy issues which required by Housing Department
Responsible for the returns to Housing Department including regular reports submission
Requirements
Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Property Management or related disciplines; OR
Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, which should include Chinese and English Language, or equivalent; OR
Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which should include Chinese and English Language or equivalent
Holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management
At least one year experience in property management
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Service-oriented, a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Work experience in public housing estates and immediately available candidates will be an advantage. ***
