About The Business

Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

Work you'll do

  • Manage and implement all HR functions for Audit & Assurance practice in the Southern Region of Hong Kong (SRHK), including workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, retention, and change management initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Provide counsel and guidance to stakeholders on management best practices, HR processes, policies, regulations, and other sensitive HR issues.
  • Ensure resolution of employee relations concerns, including managing compliance investigations and related analysis and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the group management team to implement workforce planning, HR compliance, and organizational development strategies.
  • Provide talent analysis and insights to support effective business strategy implementation.
  • Facilitate change management efforts in alignment with talent initiatives.
  • Oversee talent program execution within SRHK Audit & Assurance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members for their personal development.
  • Work closely with Regional Recruitment and Deloitte Institute to meet recruitment and learning needs for functional groups.
  • Support the national and regional HR community and job assigned by A&A National Business Partner.

We are looking for someone with

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR professional experience, with relevant HR Business Partner or HR generalist experiences in a large business organization.
  • Mature, independent, flexible, and a good team player with excellent communication skills in both in English & Chinese.
  • Solid HR generalist experience with a deep understanding of the Chinese labor law and local regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Practical and strategic mindset with a down-to-earth working attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details.
  • Be able to work independently with high integrity.
  • Self-managed, self-motivated and results-oriented; Ability to prioritize tasks independently and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially for Excel and PowerPoint and open to learn new technology like AI/GenAI.
