The Position

Roche Diagnostics

As the Application supervisor you will:

• Provide proactive field applications support to customers of core lab, molecular and tissue diagnostics; ensure our existing and new customers are supported with quality service
• Provide professional operation/applications training to both internal and external customers
• Update and communicate application information regularly
• Manage daily operation activities of applications team
• Identify competency gaps within team members; Provide training, coaching and technical advice to other team members
• Lead and mentor team members, responsible for team members’ development
• Accountable for overall team deliverable
• Interface with all RDHK stakeholders; collaborate with APAC, and global counterparts
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science or Biology
• More than 5 years working experience in applications support or clinical laboratory
• Team leading preferable
• Clinical laboratory workflow and clinical analyzers
• Knowledge of business management preferred
• Proficient in common computer software knowledge
• Good communication skills with internal stakeholders and external customers
