Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel.
Demonstrated success in revenue generation, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems and hotel operations software.
Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese; additional languages are an advantage.
