工作時間: 星期一至日其中 5 天工作，每天 9 小時

月薪: $13,000 - $16,000

要求：

1. HKDSE/CEE：5 科 Lv 2/ E 包括中文及英文

2. 1 年本地博物館/文化服務設施/屋邨管理/樓宇/酒店服務工作經驗

3. 可在博物館室內及室外巡視工作場地

4. 熟悉 MS Word、Excel 及中文輸入法

職責：

1. 在博物館翻新期間，與包括機電工程署、建築署及其他政府部門或其承辦商在內的工作單位聯絡，以便為博物館進行維修工程

2. 協助執行建築管理職務（巡邏和檢查博物館場所，並向主管報告發現的任何異常情況）

3. 與保安及清潔承辦商聯絡，以確保博物館的服務能順利地執行

Requirements:

1. HKDSE/CEE：5 subjects Lv 2/ E (including Chinese & English)

2. 1 year working experience in local Museum/ Cultural Service facilities/ estate management/ building/ hospitality services

3. Physically capable of inspecting work sites in both indoor and outdoor areas of the Museum

4. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Chinese input method

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with working parties including EMSD, ArchSD and other Government Departments or their contractors when necessary for conducting the repair works for the museum when necessary during the revamping period of the museum

2. Assist in performing building management duties (patrolling and inspecting Museum premises and reporting any irregularities

found to supervisors)

3. Liaise with security and cleansing contractor to ensure smooth, proper and timely execution of services to the Museum

4. Receive and refer inquiries, suggestions and complaints from staff / public on building management matters to the Duty Manager
