Higher Diploma or above, at least 5 years solid expereince in Luggage with at least 3 years managerial level is a must. Responsible to lead a team of Merchandisers ( Hong Kong, Shanghai and Quanzhou ); Report ot directors; Provide / Receive product briefs and coordinate between office and factory; Analyze market trend reports, sales reports, engage in strategic product discussion and price negotiation; Attend trade shows in Asia and abroad; Coordinate sourcing discussion /follow up on new factory engagement; Frequent travel to Shanghai, Quanzhou for operations, APAC for sourcing potential factories.
