Responsibilities:

• To ensure HVAC retrofit projects is completed on time with proven track record
• To assist Project Manager in handling of fitting out and retrofit works of MVAC system, such as site coordination with sub-contractor / client, etc
• To supervise and monitor on site for HVAC retrofit projects
• To prepare submission works such as job tender, quotation etc for HVAC retrofit projects
• To manage on the performance of technical staffs and outside contractors
• To manage the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.
• To perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals for customer acceptance.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or related studies
• Minimum of 5 years experience on E&M project / Maintenance Work with proven track record; Experience in managing HVAC retrofit projects in HK will definitely be an advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS applications such as Excel, Word, Power Point & AutoCAD drawing software
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
