Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team to work in a collaborative and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or Accounting and possess a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including expertise in outsourced payroll processes. This role requires strong numerical skills and a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and taxation.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Oversee the procurement process related to payroll services and vendor management.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on outsourced payroll systems.
  • Understanding of the procurement process and vendor management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
  • A genuine enjoyment of working with numbers and financial information.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A problem solver who is resilience, collaborative and supportive
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
