Job Description:

What will be your exposure?

• Conduct comprehensive valuations of investment properties and development sites in Hong Kong and craft detailed valuation reports tailored for diverse purposes
• Handle technical enquiries from clients and professional parties on valuation matters
• Compile insightful advisory reports and provide professional recommendations to clients
• Build good rapport with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Proactively contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, driving expansion and success.
• Lead and mentor a team of subordinates, providing guidance and training to foster professional development

What are we looking for?

• Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or other related disciplines
• Member of RICS (Property Valuation) and/ or HKIS (GP Surveyor) with over 5 years’ post qualification experience
• A track record of proactive involvement in industry events is advantageous
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua is essential
• Proficiency in Argus software is a plus
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for alternative positions
