What will be your exposure?

• Participate in a variety of properties valuations projects and advisory services assignments of our renowned corporate clients
• Shadow data-driven practice with senior peers by taking part in professional class market research, market analysis and production of valuation reports
• Collaborate closely with our professional teams to execute high standard of valuation quality control
• Contribute in enrichment and maintenance of the valuation databank

What are we looking for?

• Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 1-year relevant working experience is preferred
• Knowledge in property market and effective data collection ability
• Strong analytical skill and sensitive with numbers
• Excellent time management and deadline orientated
• Well organized, attentive to details and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua), both spoken and written
• Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply and may be considered as Assistant Valuer
