We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies they’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Business Development to join their team.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand wholesale, affiliate, and B2B channels, achieving revenue targets and maximizing market share.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new wholesale and B2B partners in the retail space, creating sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Manage affiliate partnerships by identifying and recruiting affiliates who align with our brand, overseeing performance, and optimizing for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and B2B clients, ensuring clear communication and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and finance) to create compelling offers, campaigns, and sales initiatives for each channel.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics across channels to identify opportunities, refine strategies, and support decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the retail industry.
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships in wholesale and B2B partnerships within the retail sector.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, including recruitment and management of affiliate partners.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results.
• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
