Job Duties:
• Responsible for the overall management of the company’s portfolio.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are fit for-purpose, make recommendations for improvements and
ensure that any changes deemed necessary by the business are implemented.
• Prepare management budget for the assigned properties and ensure good budget control.
• Carry out strategic plans for business development and service scopes as to align with market/company
changes.
• Build and continuously strengthen good relationship with tenants.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
• University graduate with related property management qualifications ni MCIH, HKIH or RPHM
or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management with managerial level.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Well versed in BMO, DMC and related ordinances.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication with clients and supervisory skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
