Oversee the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert, advising HR teams and key stakeholders on C&B policies and legal compliance.
Conduct market surveys and benchmark best practices to propose initiatives that enhance the company's ability to attract and retain talent.
Generate HR analytics and reports on key metrics such as manpower, turnover, and payroll costs.
Periodically review and enhance policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Prepare and manage the HR budget, providing regular analysis on staff costs to support decision-making.
Prepare the ESG report on human resources sector
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with experience in Hong Kong listed company
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations in Hong Kong.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
