Your new role

• Lead and supervise the C&B team
• Oversee the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising HR teams and key stakeholders on C&B policies and legal compliance.
• Conduct market surveys and benchmark best practices to propose initiatives that enhance the company's ability to attract and retain talent.
• Generate HR analytics and reports on key metrics such as manpower, turnover, and payroll costs.
• Periodically review and enhance policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage the HR budget, providing regular analysis on staff costs to support decision-making.
• Prepare the ESG report on human resources sector

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with experience in Hong Kong listed company
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations in Hong Kong.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
