Assess organization and talent training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Support competency model development.
Culture and Engagement Initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Drive employee engagement by designing and executing initiatives that promote recognition, wellness, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance. Create a supportive and motivating work environment.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data and create reports on talent acquisition and development initiatives.
Responsible for internal newsletter creation and communication.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Development
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Proven experience in building and rolling out competency models within an organization.
Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
Digital savvy with experience in leveraging technology for learning initiatives.
Excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong numerical sense to analyze and interpret data related to learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies and adapt to digital advancements in the field.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design engaging learning experiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
