We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented FinOps Manager with expertise in accounts payable and receivable management specifically in Crypto / Defi. This role involves managing wallets and overseeing cryptocurrency transactions in addition to ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage wallets and oversee cryptocurrency transactions to support investment and incubation activities within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Review all invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation before processing payments.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts from customers and internal staff to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including payment reconciliation and following up on outstanding balances.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain organised files and documentation for audit purposes and compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications
• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable management in blockchain environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools; experience with blockchain analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
