We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies and they’re looking for a Data Analyst to join their team.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze user data to drive growth initiatives, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate the performance of campaigns and channels, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Work with product managers and designers to identify user pain points and opportunities for improving the product experience.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, analytics tools) to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Create predictive models to forecast user behavior and improve targeting strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability by maintaining and optimizing data pipelines and analytics tools.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably with a focus on consumer products or growth.
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
