Job Summary
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
- Prepare daily and monthly reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
- Manpower planning and roster preparation
- Process all reservations and Housekeeping requests and changes
- Handling of guest complaints
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Proactive and polite wtih good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and conversational skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 5 years of experience in Front Office operation
