The challenge is to:

• Drive execution of Group Strategy projects including undertaking thorough market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis and creation of presentation materials

• Lead Group M&A projects including financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, contractual negotiations, relevant documentation, etc.

• Work closely across departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives

• Communicate strategic plans and progress to collaborators to ensure transparency and alignment across the organisation

• Provide support in development of investor relations materials including results announcements, presentations and board meetings

• Support execution of ad hoc projects which the team may be involved in from time to time

Do you have experience in investor relations / consulting / auditing?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• 5 years of experience with leading consultancy, investment bank, accounting firm; experience in retail/consumer industry will be advantaged.

• Less experienced candidate would be considered to be Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

• Proven experience in leading and running projects.

• Strong analytical skills and good proficiency at financial modeling.

• Strong EQ and interpersonal skills to build relationship with different stakeholders.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team with high integrity.

• High level of accuracy and detail-mindedness, and pressure-resistance.

• Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity.
