About the role

Our clients are seeking an experienced Operation Executives / Coordinator to join our team in NT area. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and compliance of customer orders within our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics business.
 

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and coordinate internal departments to ensure compliance and on-time shipment of customer orders.  
  • Manage day-to-day operations and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.  
  • Generate and process Purchase Orders in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.  
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation for customer purchase requisitions.  
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing timely responses.  
  • Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.  
  • Handle daily operational tasks, including logistics, order adjustments, goods inspection, and shipment release.

 

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with overseas customers and Chinese factories
  • Experienced in electronic engineering products, appliances, and product logistics etc.
  • Experienced in coordinating with foreign head offices
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (compulsory)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
  • Able to travel to China sometimes
