You Role

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff during the afternoon shift.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications for the Position

• At least 3 years of experience in the field is preferred
• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
