Job Responsibilities
- Develop new traffic sources and e-commerce growth through strategic partnerships by identifying new business opportunities with various industry partners
- Implement joint promotion to achieve business goals, such as new member acquisitions, app downloads, or product promotions
- Recruit new affiliate partners by market research, keyword analysis, and upcoming trends.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners to optimizes their sales conversion, develop incentive program to motivate partners, negotiate placements and secure added value
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs including API, white label page and coupon code
- Ensure all partnerships deals are communicated effectively to internal teams to ensure follow through on partners needs
- Work with internal teams to create solid partnership plan to drive development and expansion
- Manage weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of programs, and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience in travel or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Preferable someone who has exposure for Hong Kong market.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management skills and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Able to adapt to fast paced environments and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
