About the Role 

AO is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the Hong Kong branch.

Key Responsibilities include:

Accounting & Banking:

• Manage company bank accounts and process payments, including staff salaries and vendor invoices.
• Ensure accurate financial records and reconciliation of accounts.

Financial Operations & Compliance:

• Liaise with the company secretariat for statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and financial reporting as required.

· Invoicing & Revenue Management:

• Oversee the review and fulfilment of invoices for airline partners, service providers and clients.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and processing of payables.

System & Process Management:

• Work with Oracle and Cargo Flash to track and manage financial transactions, liaising with global finance and revenue team.
• Implement best practices for financial workflows and cost control.

Qualifications & Requirements  

• Experience (minimum of 2 years) in Airline Operations, Cargo, or Freight Forwarding  
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Excellent English written and speaking
• To have a keen desire to work in an airline environment
• To work methodically and proactively
• Proficiency in Oracle, Cargo Flash, or similar financial systems. Strong knowledge of banking processes and financial compliance in Hong Kong.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders.
