We are looking for a Product Manager, Operations  to drive company-wide operational efficiency by building scalable systems and platform-wide services that streamline workflows and enhance execution. • Own and drive execution for key operational initiatives , ensuring that processes scale efficiently across the company.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks , developing structured solutions that improve execution velocity.
• Partner with Engineering, Design and the rest of Product team to implement platform-wide systems that replace fragmented processes with scalable, automated solutions .
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align and optimize workflows.
• Ensure clarity in decision-making and execution , driving alignment across stakeholders to remove friction and keep teams moving fast.
• Leverage data to drive process improvements , making sure decisions are backed by insights and measurable outcomes.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks that create consistency in how teams operate, reducing ad-hoc, reactive work.
• Be a force multiplier for execution , ensuring that teams can focus on impact rather than navigating inefficiencies .

• Experience in Product Operations, Process Optimization, or Platform Services in a fast-scaling environment (fintech, SaaS, startups or scale-ups preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management skills , with the ability to align and influence teams across functions.
• Structured problem-solving skills , with a focus on designing scalable, repeatable systems.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution , ensuring that solutions are both forward-thinking and immediately impactful.
• Data-driven decision-making , with experience using analytics to inform operational improvements.
