B/MAJOR was founded to share our love for handcrafted leather shoes. Our name, meaning "be major," reflects our desire for girls to feel confident and express their unique styles. Designed in Hong Kong with the finest leather, our shoes are crafted in small batches by skilled shoemakers in independent workshops, ensuring each pair is unique. We prioritize craftsmanship over mass production.

We are looking for a Junior graphic designer to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to develop visually appealing designs for various projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Designing graphics for print and digital platforms. Create product-based digital designs (Newsletter and many forms of eMarketing (Social media and eDM’s).

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with setting up artwork for printers.

•⁠ ⁠Support the team in developing concepts and layouts that align with our brand identity.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

•⁠ ⁠Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with Hong Kong trends and Design techniques to enhance our visual communication, to create relatable social media content for HK audience (Posts, Stories, Reels).

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Fresh grad welcome, 1-2 years work experience preferable

•⁠ ⁠Fluent Cantonese and Chinese Writing, General in English

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Adobe XD)

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented

•⁠ ⁠A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
