MCG Talent are on the hunt for a brilliant Group Account Director / Business Director based in Hong Kong who has extensive agency experience within the field of marketing, digital, and campaign management (both online and offline).

Our client is an agency with a global brand name, and one that is known globally for creating and developing some of the most iconic ATL / BTL campaigns, and social content campaigns for a variety of clients from the works of technology, FMCG, travel and tourism.

We are on the hunt for a Group Account Director / Business Director who is based in Hong Kong to lead a team of 7 + staff within the integrated / campaign team. Our client has over 8,000 staff globally and is around 100+ in Hong Kong.

This Group Account Director / Business Director will be responsible for leading and managing the success of this team, but will also need to be comfortable in strategically managing and advising key clients to further develop and establish long last relationships with the brands my client represent.

This Group Account Director / Business Director should also be comfortable in pitching and winning new clients, with a proven track record of success.

The role is Hong Kong focused, with some China focus, so local market knowledge and success is key, as is the need to speak English, Cantonese, and ideally Mandarin.
