Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Lead covering Oracle Financials (General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, Budget Control & Fixed Asset), Oracle Procurement (Purchasing, Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Contract Management) and Oracle Expense modules for Group Office and all BUs
SME of Oracle ERP in FWD Group, work closely with Oracle on regular technical upgrade, assess impact and perform regression testing
Manage and deliver Oracle ERP technical changes from initiation through final implementation, including vendor, consultant and internal stakeholder management
Support the BAU activities of Oracle ERP
Support change requests related to the finance systems managed by the GFAS team
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
Covering GO and all BUs
Lead the implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud enhancement initiatives, ensuring successful deployment and integration with finance closing processes.
Lead the technical solution discussions with GO and all BU Procurement leaders and Finance team leaders and controllers
Lead the system integration design and development discussions with Group IT Finance Cloud teams, Group IT Solution Architect teams as well as Group Finance teams
Responsible for the Oracle solution technical design to support FWD business processes
Regularly review the latest innovation technology from Oracle and introduce new solutions and technology stack (e.g. AI solutions, etc.) that can help FWD improve business processes efficiency
Work fully independently and lead working teams to continuously drive innovation and continuous improvements on Oracle
Be responsible for resolving complex Oracle technical issues, e.g. report performance tuning and unexpected system workflow behaviors
Manage the BAU system issues and change request delivery
Oversee the system integration design between Oracle ERP Cloud and FWD AWS Cloud infrastructure and processes
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive process improvements.
Provide SME training and support to first line system support teams
Provide support during the monthly closing process and handle ad hoc support needs.
Handle regular upgrade initiated by Oracle Cloud and conduct regression testing
To support the external IT audit related to GFAS managed finance systems
Liaison with Oracle to continuously enhance system that fit for FWD purpose
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Degree in information system, computer science, business administration, finance, accounting or other related degree
At least 8 years hands on Oracle ERP implementation consulting or system support work experience
Expert knowledge in Oracle Financials and Procurement cloud solutions
Insurance industry work experience is needed
Degree holder in computer science, Information technology or related disciplines
Ability to guide internal customer based on Oracle leading practices
Proficient in SQL, Oracle workflow engine and Oracle BI Publisher report tools
