IT Business Analyst - Financial Process - 70K (12-M)
An extremely reputable Insurance company is currently undergoing a transformation for the automation of their Financial Reporting function. Experience in process improvement will also be advantageous in resolving pain-points within their current processes and systems.
Responsibilities
Gather & document requirements, process maps, customer journeys, user stories for development
Work closely with various functions within Finance and Technology
Create test cases based on user stories and perform testing
Process improvement and re-engineering for current processes
Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
7+ years of experience - solid experience as a Business Analyst and comes from technical background (either as a developer / data analysis)
Experienced in Financial Reporting automation, preferably within Insurance industry
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese / Chinese
