Manager / Assistant Manager, Life Insurance Product Development (1-year Contract)
Support Product Leader to lead workgroup on different product initiative projects (e.g. regulatory change and product feature design & development etc).
Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance etc to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle; pipeline management and approval process
Conduct market/product analysis, product testing and prepare the product related document e.g. product specifications and user requirements
Support different business development initiates on product promotion
Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines etc
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry
Strong accountability and sense of ownership, patience with attention to details
Independent and good team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in advanced level in Excel and Powerpoint presentation is preferred
