Responsibilities:
· General sales, maintenance and administrative duties plus some receptionist task
· Answer incoming calls, couriers etc.
· To assist Salesman to issue invoices with ERP system etc.
Requirements:
· Form 5/ DSE graduate or above;
· Have 1 year clerk experience: Proficient in MS Word and Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing.
· Good Command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
· Accurate, Independent, self-motived, Strong sense of responsibility.
· Mature, good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with people at all levels.
· Stable and reliable required
Immediately available is highly preferred
Work schedule:
·Monday to Friday 10:30 – 18:30
· Saturday, Sunday and Republic Holiday off
· 5 working days per week
· Salary: $14,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
· Work at Lai Chi Kok
