(5-Day work) Working Hours: 10:00-19:00/Part-time
Responsibilities:
Responsible for general accounting duties and daily operations, preparing full-set accounts, ensuring accurate month-end closing, and management reporting.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other professional advisors for compliance and reporting.
General office administration and clerical support including office supplies procurement, office and facilities maintenance etc.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as required by senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
Able to work independently and detail-minded.
A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal, problem-solving skills and willing to learn.
Extensive experience in computerized accounting systems and proficiency in MS Excel.
