Your Role:

As a Commis Chef , you will:

• Prepare mise-en-place with precision and efficiency before each service. ����
• Assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes during service hours. ����️
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. ✅
• Uphold the LPM culinary philosophy by respecting and enhancing the quality of ingredients. ����
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations. ����
• Adapt to various tasks and challenges with flexibility and professionalism. ⚡

What You’ll Need:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in the culinary field.
• Previous success in a similar position is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knife skills and a solid understanding of recipes and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in food preparation.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.

Personal/Interpersonal Skills:

• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
