Our client is an international law firm. They are now looking for a HR Officer in their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the graduate recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including training arrangements and documentation.
Maintain the HRIS system and generate reports on leave and key metrics.
Oversee CPD applications and maintain training records.
Organize employee social events and provide support to HR team members as needed.
Process visa applications and manage employee leave records throughout the employee lifecycle.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 experience in HR roles, preferably in a legal industry.
Proficient in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
