About the job

Our client is an international law firm. They are now looking for a HR Officer in their HR team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the graduate recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including training arrangements and documentation.
  • Maintain the HRIS system and generate reports on leave and key metrics.
  • Oversee CPD applications and maintain training records.
  • Organize employee social events and provide support to HR team members as needed.
  • Process visa applications and manage employee leave records throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 experience in HR roles, preferably in a legal industry.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
