Job Responsibility
· Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and goals, identify risks, establish budgets, and allocate resources. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitate effective communication, provide regular project updates.
· Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, conduct reviews, and implement best practices.
· Monitor project performance, provide end-user software/hardware support, assist with configurations and upgrades.
· Work closely with cross function teams and external vendors on system integration / projects implementation from kickstarts to rollout
· Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks when required
· Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
Prerequisite
· Degree holder in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent related disciplines.
· With 1-2years of relevant working experience is preferred
· Have strong presentation and communication skills
· Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Project management in hotel industry is advantageous
· Knowledge in below skills is a plus
