Reporting 3 full days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 9hours a day)
Purchasing:
Provide admin support for new contracts and renewals
Payment administration of facilities vendor services
Facilities Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on job completion and deliveries on all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service.
Coordinate of ad-hoc repair and provide support and coverage for Helpdesk functions
Janitor Management
Ensure an adequate supply and stock of spare part and office materials
Customer Service / Client Relationships:
Provide superior customer service
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
Pro-actively manage HENKEL expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained .
Administration:
Provide assist to client’s ad-hoc request
Pantry supply and stationery management
Check and refill First-Aid Box
Assist in providing first line support and checking of all office equipment in the office. To liaise with service vendors on repair and servicing needs. Compile and submit all statistical information.
Assist to maintain all operational and maintenance manuals
To support the FM team in meeting compliance of regulations / requirements of client
Reporting:
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to HENKEL
Timely track and update regular administrative checklist and report
