Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operation Engineer located in Hong Kong SAR. The Network Operation Engineer will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network engineering, computer network operations, and network security on a day-to-day basis.

Job description:

• Responsible for overall support of network infrastructure, security and maintenance 7*24 duties
• Handle technical service requests according to SLA, operational requirements until the request is fully resolved;
• Provide daily operation support on infrastructure services, servers & cloud platforms including health check, troubleshooting, monitoring, software upgrade, security patches and maintenance
• Provide technical support services to customers for business migration to the cloud in accordance with business needs.
• Regularly summarizing and analyzing customer business and technical issues, providing optimization recommendations, and assisting customers in implementation.
• Perform cloud platform optimization, capacity management, security operations and documentation and improve reliability and efficiency

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
• Troubleshooting and Computer Network Operations skills
• Knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting
• Experience in cloud operation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Certifications such as HCIA / HCIP is an advantage
