Primary Function:

The role of the Retail Sales Coordinator involves managing centralized offerings and partnerships with retailers and bloggers across the Brands owned by Montrichard. This position also includes collaborating with Independent Account Executives to further expand the retail distribution of Brands in specific areas, strengthening the overall team's capabilities in achieving regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achievement of Sales Targets for Active Accounts (All Brands)

Objective: Ensure active accounts for all brands within the assigned region meet or exceed their predetermined sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and manage the sales performance of active accounts across all brands within the specified region.

· Generate sales orders for new product offerings, replenishments, and collaborations.

· Facilitate timely collection of payments from retailers/partners.

· Invoicing of actual sales achieved for comparison against targets/budgets.

· Maintain a deep understanding of assigned retailers/partners within the region, including order history, payment and shipping terms, volume, and sell-through for all brand

2. Achievement of Sales Targets for New Accounts (All Brands)

Objective: Attain or surpass sales targets for new accounts established within the specified region across all brands.

Responsibilities:

· Generate sales orders for starter sets, new product introductions, replenishments, and collaborations for new accounts.

· Ensure prompt collection of payments from retailers/partners.

· Invoicing of actual sales achieved by December 31st for comparison against targets/budgets.

· Continuously familiarize yourself with the history, payment terms, shipping terms, volume, and sell-through of newly assigned retailers/partners within the region for all brands.

3. Account Management and Growth (All Brands)

Objective: Maintain and expand existing and new accounts for all brands within the assigned region by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

· Acknowledge all inquiries from partners within the region within 24 hours.

· Provide timely feedback and answers to inquiries.

· Offer access to assets such as articles, videos, and images for partners' social media and marketing efforts across all brands.

· Conduct brand and visual merchandising training for partners within the region.

· Actively promote partners' inclusion in our LinkedIn accounts, brand social media, websites, and newsletters for all brands within the region.

· Support partners within the region with short-term advertising initiatives through coordination with the Brand Teams.

· Build strong relationships with partners within the assigned region for all brands, gaining their trust and confidence.

4. Assist Independent Account Executives (All Brands)

Objective: Provide assistance to Independent Account Executives engaged by Montrichard to expand the retail distribution of Brands in specific countries or regions.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Independent Account Executives to develop and execute retail distribution strategies for specific countries or regions.

· Share market insights and knowledge to support the expansion efforts.

· Coordinate with Independent Account Executives to align brand strategies with regional goals and objectives.

5. Outreach Efforts:

Objective: Begin outreach efforts guided by the Retail Heads using Brand benchmarks, website information, social media platforms, and Fiverr.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Retail Heads to identify potential outreach targets and strategies.

· Utilize Brand benchmarks, website information, and social media channels to identify and engage potential partners.

· Leverage resources for outreach campaigns and content creation as needed.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail positions preferably from the watch industry

· With college degree in Business administration, marketing, or a similar field. Foreign Trade major is preferred

· Excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be able to speak and write basic English

· Proficient in MS Office and sales applications.

· Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Willing to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
