The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with strategic business partners in technology and the Greater Bay Area to foster business growth for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and oversee a strategic plan that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
Utilize market analysis to inform business decisions and improve sales performance
Monitor sales performance to ensure that corporate goals are met
Conduct high-level industry research to identify new revenue opportunities
Create financial techniques to improve overall sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update key stakeholders on progress and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
3 - 4 years of industry related business development experience
Strong analytical and networking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities
Focused and goal-oriented
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
