Sime Motors Hong Kong & Macau is a well-known motor dealer and distributor with over 50 years of experience in the motor industry, representing BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, XPENG, Suzuki, Peugeot, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi FUSO, JAC, Denso products , including their passenger and commercial vehicle ranges.

The Program

This program is designed to cultivate the young talents to be all-round leaders in General Insurance Industry. During the 12-month program , you will gain basic knowledge of all general insurance classes, learn the underwriting skills especially in motor insurance, acquire the claim handling techniques, develop problem solving and communication skills, and gain in-depth understanding of the compliance in insurance industry through diverse vocational training rotations, hands-on exposure and stretching projects.

• Academic Background: Fresh or recent Bachelor’s Degree graduates (or higher) in any discipline, with less than 2 years of full-time work experience
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua is a plus)
