The Company

The company is a venture capital firm named Decent Capital with a cross-border presence. It was founded in 2007 and has invested in over 200 companies globally, spanning across the United States, China, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching the trends of global AI applications and the AI market, mainly covering companies in the artificial intelligence field, technological development, industry trends, as well as its applications and impacts on other industries.
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks such as industry research, stock screening, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
• Assist the company in exploring the innovative applications of AI technologies in its business to improve operational and decision-making efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• MUST: Graduates with a Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Information Engineering with majors from the United States or Hong Kong (QS 100 meaning that the university must be within QS World University Rankings, top 100 universities). Bachelor Degree also needs to come from famous 985 university in China (Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong Univesity) or World QS100 University.
• Work experience is not a must and we welcome fresh graduates as training will be provided
• PHD and 0-2 years of work experience in securities buy-side research or relevant work experience in strategic consulting is a plus.
• Interest and/or experience in artificial intelligence field to bring in the insight of AI to the team.
• Identify with long-termism, love life, and possess strong sense of responsibility and logical thinking ability.
• Candidate should have a clear and steady career plan. As the company culture is team spirit and steady.
• Be proficient in using Excel and Bloomberg, and have strong data analysis capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
