職責:
*根據生產計劃協助生產部發出工單給生產前線同事
*與生產同事確認成品數量、記錄退倉貨品和報廢數量,在系統中進行結算並完成工單
*協助前線生產部員工處理假期事宜
*協助採購一般用品及與少部份生產物資 (須懂操作各大網購平台如淘寶、HKTVMALL)
*處理日常行政工作 (包括資料輸入、文件存檔及整理、影印, 補充文具及影印紙等)
*支援辦公室設施相關服務,例如接待處服務、會議室傢俱及電腦設置
*有需要時執行公司指派其他工作
工作時間:週一至五,上午9時15分至下午6時15分(每週工作五天,銀行假期)
要求:
*中五程度或以上
*具備兩年以上相關工作經驗,有採購或生產工作經驗優先
*有責任心,守時有禮,穩定可靠,具備良好的團隊合作精神
*願意學習處理新事物
*簡單電腦應用,熟悉MS Office(如Excel、Word)
*可即時上班優先
