Our client, International Advisory Boutique that provides a wide range of tax and corporate advisory services, is currently looking for the:

Head of Finance and Accounting – Hong Kong

He/She will directly report to the Managing Partner based in Hong Kong and lead a team locally.

The resource will be responsible for maintaining and managing the relationship with different clients in the Region.

Areas of responsibility:

• Maintaining general accounting, according to the local accounting principles and reconciling with Italian accounting principles
• Statutory and IFRS reports closings
• Implementing reporting systems
• Preparing monthly/quarterly cash flow statements
• Regularly updating the reporting system
• Management control activities and cost analysis
• Conducting intercompany reconciliations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics
• At least 3+ years of experience within auditing firms/accounting companies in Italy or within other advisory companies
• Knowledge of Local Accounting Principles and Reconciliation with Italian Accounting Principles

Knowledge of major IT solutions supporting Administration, Planning, and Control processes (e.g., NAVISION, SAP, HYPERION) is considered a plus

• Independent, resourceful and creative
• Teamwork spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Italian and English Fluent
