- Monitor day-to-day delivery operations
- Review & adjust delivery route operation regularly
- Maintain service level in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day delivery operations and manage route planning and manpower resources to ensure the delivery in a professional manner and effective way
- Review and adjust delivery route operation by using TMS
- Keep track on transportation performance and ensure the service level can meet Company's targets
- Handle delivery complaints and be the key contact person to manage delivery matters with clients (Customer Services)
- Arrange monthly & annual truck inspection
- Support in TMS development project and be the Superuser of TMS
- Facilitate monthly review and necessary analysis
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or any related disciplines
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in delivery and fleet management functions preferably
- Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
