Description
- Analyze current ERP finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define ERP system requirements. Coordinate ERP system implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide training and support to ERP system users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
- Troubleshoot ERP system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams. Monitor ERP system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain ERP system documentation and user manuals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Develop financial reports and dashboards that provide insights to senior management. Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a finance context.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems or finance are advantageous.
