Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations, including but not limited to filing, report compilation and data input.
• Support various projects and initiatives by coordinating, documenting, and executing to ensure smooth implementation.
• Liaise with different stakeholders on various projects and initiatives.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and promotional materials for management review.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Business/ Aviation/ Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, independent, and team player.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel e.g. MACRO, PowerPoint).
