Duties:

• Create designs for newsletters, posters, banners, videos, and social media.
• Manage design projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Execute social media and email marketing campaigns (e.g., FB, IG, Xiaohongshu, website, eShop).
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews online.
• Support events and handle ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia or online design.
• Basic skills in photo and video shooting are a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with web design tools.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
