Responsibilities :

• To support the Administrative Manager in new projects and funding application under Social Service Division, including preparation of project proposal and budget, data consolidation and liaison with external parties.
• Plan and develop new service and projects, publicity works, liasion with external parties, logistical arrangement, general administrative works in order to provide full supportive services to Social Service Division and follow guidelines of different funding bodies
• Support the implementation and organization of programs and activites for units under social service division
• Prepare promotional materials for the division
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

• University degree Holder in social science/ public health or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience or above, experience in community work and project management will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature, hardworking, independent and passionate about serving in the community health sector
• Strong organization, interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Work location: Tai Po and Kwun Tong
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer
